Recommended culture media:

Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium ,High Glucose(DMEM) supplemented with 10 % FBS, 100 U/ml Penicilin and 100 µg/ml

Streptomycin (HyCyte,TCH-G190).

Subculture: Cells are cultured as a monolayer at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2. Cells should be passaged every 2-3 days. Split at 80-85% confluency, approximately 1:4-1:8.

Freezing media: DMEM + 30 % FBS + 10 % DMSO;or One Step Freezing Medium (HyCyte, GUCP-R201).

Quality test: Bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma negative
