Recommended culture media:

Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium ,High Glucose(DMEM)    supplemented with 10 % FBS, 100 U/ml Penicilin and 100 µg/ml

Streptomycin (HyCyte,TCM-G702).

Subculture: Cells are cultured as a monolayer at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2. Cells should be passaged every 2-3 days. Split at 80-85% confluency, approximately 1:3-1:4.

Freezing media: DMEM + 30 % FBS + 10 % DMSO; or One Step Freezing Medium (HyCyte, GUCP-R201).

Genotype: mAckr3 (-/-)

Quality test: bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma negative
