Doubling time: 24-48 h

Subculture: Cells are cultured as a monolayer at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2. Cells should be passaged every 2-3 days. Split at 80-85% confluency, approximately 1:2-1:3

Freezing media: RPMI-1640+ 30 % FBS + 10 % DMSO;or One Step Freezing Medium (HyCyte, GUCP-R201).
